Definition: The ‘Refund’ policy covers the process of reimbursing the Buyer for returned items that meet the return policy criteria or when a replacement is not available. Refunds ensure Buyers receive compensation for products returned according to policy.

Key Points:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 4 business days of the return request being approved. This includes time for reviewing and approving the return.
  • Options: The Seller has the option to provide a refund either:
    • After Shipment Collection: The Seller waits for the logistics team to collect the returned item before issuing a refund.
    • Without Shipment Collection: The Seller processes the refund without requiring the return of the original shipment.
  • Seller Responsibilities: If the Seller does not address the refund request within 2 business days, the refund will be processed automatically in favor of the Buyer.
  • Return Compliance: Buyers must ensure that the returned product meets the return criteria specified in the return policy. Refunds will be issued once the product is confirmed to be in acceptable condition, or if the Seller has opted not to collect the item.

In instances where the Seller is unable to issue a refund or replace the product, the Buyer Protection Program may be utilized to seek resolution.
